We realize that every situation is different, requiring different levels of support. Therefore, we offer a range of services that are designed to meet the needs of your child and the demands of your family budget.
Consultations and services are offered virtually and by phone, if distance is an issue.

PHONE CONSULTATION
Free 15 minute phone consultation
$85/hour
For families who just want to talk about their concerns and get some guidance
Any consultations in person or on the phone that are requested before or after other services are completed.
ACADEMIC SCREENING
$475
($300 due when hired, $175 due at follow up meeting)
For families who do not have academic testing and would like to have a general idea of their child’s academic strengths, and weaknesses.
We will give various tests based on your concerns, and then review our findings in a follow up meeting.
We will give you a sketch/ snapshot into the plethora of information available about your child’s unique learning style and profile. A full psycho-educational assessment will give you the “masterpiece.”

DECODING/EXPLANATION
OF FORMAL EDUCATIONAL TESTING
$375
($200 due when hired for service, $175 due at consultation)
For families who have gotten academic testing and need help understanding the results. We will study the testing and give you insights about your child’s learning profile and how it affects him or her academically, socially, and emotionally.

For families who have Academic testing and need assistance developing an accommodations plan before meeting with the school.

ATTENDANCE/ ADVOCACY AT
504/ IEP MEETING
$375 consultation and preparation- due when hired for service.
$75 / half hour at meeting- due at conclusion of meeting
(if on site - $0.50/ per mile roundtrip if more than 10 miles away)
This service is for families who have Academic Testing and would like support and advocacy during their 504, IEP, (or equivalent,) meeting with school
Initial consultation
Staff member reviews and analyzes formal educational testing.
Attendance/ Advocacy at IEP/ 504/ equivalent meeting and support the team in creating the most conducive environment for your child to learn.
FULL SERVICE PACKAGE
Put services together and save money.
$900- plus $75/half hour at school meeting, and mileage costs if more than 10 miles away (savings of 20%- $225)
For families with formal academic testing who want several services, we offer this package:
