    • Review of Academic Testing and recommendations
    • Accommodations plan
    • Attendance of IEP/504 meeting (or equivalent)

    • Resources and advice provided based on your individual nee

    • Home or school visit, if needed

    • Review of Academic Testing and recommendations
    • Accommodations plan developed
    • Attendance of IEP/ meeting or equivalent
