PACKAGE PRICING

For families who do not have academic testing and would like to have a general idea of their child’s academic strengths, and weaknesses.

We will give you a sketch/ snapshot into the plethora of information available about your child’s unique learning style and profile. We are not able to diagnose. A full psycho-educational assessment will give you the “masterpiece.”  (We have excellent referrals for full psycho-educational assessments.)

• Analysis of results

• Written report on findings

 

$325 retainer due when hired

$75 due when report is received

Testing session  will last 1- 1.5. hour

For families who have gotten formal academic testing and need help understanding the results and planning next steps.  We will prepare an accommodations plan and advise on the best academic setting and services for your child.

• Initial phone consultation

• Review and analysis of formal testing and other data provided by parents and school

• Recommendations, accommodations plan, and initial communication with school to start process of IEP/ 504 request, (or equivalent in private school setting.)

(This covers  4 hours of analyzing data and creating accommodations plan /recommendations, and creating initial communication with school. If  your case requires more time, (unlikely,)  we will let you know ahead of time. )

This service is for families who would like support and advocacy before and during their 504, IEP, (or equivalent,) meeting with school.

Included services:

• Initial consultation

• Analysis of formal educational testing

• School Records Review-(provided by parents)

• Collaboration/ Creation of Parent Concern letter 

• Collaboration/Creation of  Accommodations plan 

• Attendance/ Advocacy at  IEP/ 504, (or equivalent,) meeting

• Follow-up Letter to school following the meeting

$575 retainer for consultation and preparation-  due when hired .

 

Travel and meeting fees :

Meeting: $75/ half hour , 

Roundtrip travel time : $60/ hour plus $0.70/ per mile )​

Before the meeting, you will receive a meeting estimate:

 Retainer includes up to  7 hours of preparation, record reviews, phone calls, letter writing, etc.  (If your case requires additional time,  the hourly fee is  $85/hour . (You will be notified before new charges begin. My goal is to stay within the allotted 6 hours.)
