A preliminary, informal testing service designed for families who want a general understanding of their child's academic strengths and weaknesses. Think of this as a "sketch" of your child’s learning profile, rather than a full, diagnostic "masterpiece."

We will prepare an accommodations plan and advise on the best academic setting and services for your child.

(This covers 5 hours of analyzing data and creating accommodations/ services recommendations, and creating initial communication with school.
ADVOCACY PACKAGE
Phase 1: The Advocacy Retainer
Establishing a Foundation for Success
Investment: $585
The most effective advocacy happens before the meeting even starts. This retainer covers your first 7 hours of expert preparation, ensuring we walk into the school with a rock-solid case for your child.

Compelling Parent Concern Letter: We draft a data-driven letter to the school team that clearly articulates your child's needs.

Direct Guidance: Ongoing support and advice regarding all school communications leading up to the meeting.

Note: Most case preparations are completed within these 7 hours. We will proactively notify you if your allotted time is nearing its limit.
Phase 2: Meeting & Ongoing Support

Fair, Transparent Pricing for the Finish Line
Because every school situation is different, we bill these services separately to keep costs transparent and specific to your needs. -
Professional Meeting Advocacy: Have an expert by your side during official 504 or IEP meetings to ensure your voice is heard.

Rate: $75 per 30 minutes (Most meetings last approximately 1 hour).

Travel: For in-person visits, travel is billed roundtrip.

Rate: $60/hr + $0.70/mile.

Extended Prep & Post-Meeting Support: Applies to follow-up work or if initial preparation exceeds the 7-hour retainer.

Rate: $85/hr.
