A preliminary, informal testing service designed for families who want a general understanding of their child's academic strengths and weaknesses. Think of this as a "sketch" of your child’s learning profile, rather than a full, diagnostic "masterpiece."

What it provides:

• Insight into your child’s unique learning style.

• Identification of academic strengths and areas for growth.

• A written report of findings.

• Note: This is not a diagnostic service.

Process:

1. Initial Phone Consultation: Discuss your child and goals.

2. Testing Session: 1 hour of one on one testing

3. Analysis: Evaluation of results.

4. Summary of findings and recommendations.

Investment:

• $300 Retainer: Due upon hiring to secure services.

• $75 Final Payment: Due when the report is received.

• Total Cost: $375

If these initial findings indicate a need for a deeper, formal diagnosis, referrals to qualified professionals for full psycho-educational assessments are available.

For families who have gotten formal academic testing and need help understanding the results and planning next steps.  We can be the translator between the clinical data and practical school life. We will prepare an accommodations plan and advise on the best academic setting and services for your child.

(This covers  5 hours of analyzing data and creating accommodations/ services recommendations, and creating initial communication with school.)

Phase 1: The Advocacy Retainer

The most effective advocacy happens before the meeting even starts. This retainer covers your first 7 hours of expert preparation, ensuring we walk into the school with a rock-solid case for your child.

What’s Included:

• Initial Consultation: We start by listening to your concerns and defining your goals.

• Deep-Dive Document Review: A thorough analysis of your child’s unique testing data, school records, and previous plans.

• Compelling Parent Concern Letter: We draft a data-driven letter to the school team that clearly articulates your child's needs.

• Customized Accommodations Plan: A tailored plan designed specifically for your child’s learning profile.

• Direct Guidance: Ongoing support and advice regarding all school communications leading up to the meeting.

• Note: Most case preparations are completed within these 7 hours. We will proactively notify you if your allotted time is nearing its limit.

Phase 2: Meeting & Ongoing Support
Because every school situation is different, we bill these services separately to keep costs transparent and specific to your needs.

Professional Meeting Advocacy: Have an expert by your side during official 504 or IEP meetings to ensure your voice is heard.

• Rate: $75 per 30 minutes (Most meetings last approximately 1 hour).

• Travel: For in-person visits, travel is billed roundtrip.

  • Rate: $60/hr + $0.70/mile.

Extended Prep & Post-Meeting Support: Applies to follow-up work or if initial preparation exceeds the 7-hour retainer. Rate: $85/hr.
